Arrival
Rooms are ready as early as 2 p.m. so that you can start your vacation right away. Please let us know if you are arriving after 9:30 p.m.
Departure
We ask our guests to kindly check out no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check out is possible upon request.
Deposit
We require a deposit of €150 per booked room/apartment.

Half-board
Our hotel offers you the option of half-board. You can either select this option during the booking process in advance or decide to avail it spontaneously while staying with us. Experience culinary diversity and convenience during your stay with us.

The entire Hotel Pongauerhof is wheelchair friendly.
House Pets
Your four-legged family members are also welcome to stay with us. A fee of €15 per day (food not included) will be added to your bill. We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed in the dining room as well as our wellness area.
